Breanne S. Skivington

Breanne over the past fifteen (15) years has represented both public and private sector clients in a wide range of matters including, but not limited to, civil litigation, personal injury, labor and employment and real estate matters.
Breanne has extensive experience litigating personal injury and premises liability defense, general civil litigation and insurance coverage issues and defense matters in state and federal courts throughout the State of New York.
She has a comprehensive view of the law which allows her to better serve her clients. She has represented a wide array of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, public entities, not-for-profit companies and organizations, and individuals.
